My Private Practice Was Mainly Focused On International Law and Administrative Law covering the following legal situations and matters:
Successfully represented more than 100 skilled workers' applications and of various Canadian immigration programs in 10 years. In consequence, my enterprise made an investment exceeding one million dollars direct revenue brought to the economy of the Province of Quebec, in Canada. As a lawyer, I Examined due diligence on Quebec Immigrant Investor files overseas, in Istanbul, Turkey and Jal El Did, Lebanon.
I also led Immigrant Investor Files due diligence through reputable Scotia McLeod Intermediaries in October 2012.
Followed up on different Citizenship by Investment conferences at the renown international offices in the GCC and Canada.
Provided brief opinion on the Reform of the Refugee Program to the team of the Honorable Jason Kenney to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada in 2010.
Represented clients and sub-contractors in their construction conflict with the UN Peacekeepers in accordance with Security Council Resolution 1701.
Led negotiations with the UNIFEL military chiefs at the Italian Embassy in Lebanon.
Advised of legal strategies to lift UN sanctions. Led criminal law defense and succeeded in waiving Security Council sanctions of public and private entities.
Provided arguments and pathways and advised on legal platforms through precise procedures submitted to different diplomatic corps and Security Council Resolutions (1509) at the UN missions in New York in 2008.
Advised on delicate legal platform and media scale, while observing the UNIFEL peacekeepers neutral role, and without compromising the contracts between the Lebanese subcontractors and the UN governed by civil law. Accordingly advised on scholar research on substantive and procedural laws in arbitration and Public International Law.
Advised on criminal investigations in international exchange transactions pursuant to the banking regulations and relevant civil law and administrative regulations and committees, in relation with the Central Bank of Lebanon and UN superposition resolutions over national law.
In my practice period, I also had the privilege of establishing Memorandum of Understanding with different lawyers in the U.S,, Canada Europe and the MENA region. I note that I voluntarily stopped practice in October 2018.

MENA Region and Canada: January 2009 / 2018
I had the great privilege to have the precise and relevant opinions of Maître Safieddine on the Public International Law affaires and the United Nations Forces disputes in Liberia.
Contributed to the negotiations and sales contracts of multi-billion multinational companies, in particular Raytheon of the U.S. and Thales of France.
Led different legal studies and argument based on the French Civil Law and its counter relevant texts in Lebanese Civil Law and presented legal pleading in private courts and institutional mediation at the Paris Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Examined criminal investigations involving the security and ethical conduct at the Exchange Establishments' in chronological manners in the MENA region.
It is fair to note that international regulations are cross-examined by the Lebanese authorities and adequately applied by the Central Bank of Lebanon in accordance with standards and the body of rules regulating the prominent Banking Sector of Lebanon and the rest of the Mediterranean structures of Lex Mercatoria.
Followed up on relevant cases related to the Certificate of acceptance of Quebec files on the Federal level and Provincial administrative procedures in Istanbul and Damas Offices of Immigration Quebec. Advised on arbitral mediation awards’ drafts in multibillion dollar projects involving major defense industries.
Dubai International Arbitration Centre, U.A.E.: July 2011 / July 2012
Managed several arbitral procedures, appointment of arbitrators and review of arbitral awards at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
Examined with Professor Nassib Ziade from Miami University, the Washington based ICSID arbitral regulations managing and optimizing risk reduction to International Investors.
Examined the engineering agreement that governs construction projects with complex structures of technical specifications.
International Legal Consultant, Doha : October 2010 / May 2011
Advised on major banks’ contracts and commercial agreements. Learned drafting of legal arguments and foreseeing merger banks involving top/notch military and private planes’ sales contracts.
I had the excellent opportunity to learn from the brilliant lawyer Maître Michel Daillet. I humbly contributed to the negotiations of multi-billion investment deals in the real estate sector of the Canary Wharf of London.

Articling in Law / 2008. Afterward, I note that I collaborated closely with Maître Vallières. In particular, the work focused on the Immigration Quebec Administrative procedures relating to the Quebec Skilled Worker Programs.
JURIST SKILLS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MONTREAL
2006: I had the great opportunity to follow the teachings of Professor Peter Leuprecht on the matters of International Humanitarian Law and the International Human Rights Law at the University of Quebec in Montreal, the UQAM.
2005: Advised and conduct effect research related to the International Labor Organization (ILP), and the Public International Law, helping and providing opinion to prominent Professor Isabelle Duplessis.
2004 / 2005: I had the good privilege to learn legal skills “Habilités de juriste’’ and draftings in the weekly presence of Mr. Alexandre Trudeau.
2003: I had the great privilege to learn criminal law legal investigations and skills, from the Honorable Maître Francois Dadour, on variant topics related to Penal Laws and Procedures.
