Ma pratique privée était principalement axée sur le droit international et le droit administratif couvrant les questions juridiques suivantes : • Représenter avec succès de plus de 100 demandes de travailleurs qualifiés (Certificats d’acceptation du Québec et traitement fédéral) et de divers programmes d'immigration canadiens en 10 ans. • En conséquence, mon entreprise a réalisé un investissement de plus d'un million de dollars en revenus directs apportés à l'économie de la province de Québec, au Canada. • En tant qu'avocat, j'ai examiné la diligence raisonnable des dossiers d'investisseurs immigrants québécois à l'étranger, à Istanbul, en Turquie et à Jal El Did, au Liban. • J’ai travaillé en coopération étroite avec le bureau de Maître Alain Vallières dans les dossiers de Certificat de sélection du Québec. • Représenter des clients et des sous-contractants dans leur conflit en matière de construction avec les forces de maintien de la paix de l'ONU conformément à la résolution 1701 du Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU. • Conduire des négociations avec les chefs militaires de l'UNIFEL à l'ambassade de l'Italie au Liban. • Conseiller sur les stratégies juridiques visant à lever les sanctions de l'ONU sur des clients particuliers. • Diriger la défense pénale et réussir à lever les sanctions du Conseil de sécurité contre des entités publiques et privées. • Fournir des arguments et conseiller sur les plates-formes juridiques à travers des procédures précises soumises à différents corps diplomatiques et aux résolutions du Conseil de sécurité (1509) lors des missions de l'ONU à New York en 2008. • Conseiller sur une plateforme juridique délicate et à l'échelle médiatique, tout en respectant le rôle neutre des soldats de la paix de l'UNIFEL et sans compromettre les contrats entre les sous-traitants libanais et l'ONU régis par le droit civil. En conséquence, il a conseillé sur des recherches universitaires sur les lois substantielles et procédurales en matière d'arbitrage et de droit international public. • J'ai également dirigé la diligence raisonnable des dossiers d'investisseurs immigrants par l'intermédiaire d'intermédiaires Scotia McLeod réputés en octobre 2012. • Assister à différentes conférences sur les notions de Citoyenneté par Investissement dans les bureaux internationaux renommés, dont le bureau d’Arton Capital et de Latitude World. • Fournir un bref avis sur la réforme du programme des réfugiés à Monsieur Nahed Koussa de l'équipe de l'Honorable Jason Kenney à Citoyenneté et Immigration Canada en 2010. • Conseiller sur les enquêtes criminelles dans les transactions de change internationales conformément à la réglementation bancaire et au droit civil et aux réglementations et comités administratifs pertinents, en relation avec la Banque centrale du Liban et les résolutions de superposition des Nations Unies sur la loi locale. • Contribuer aux négociations et aux contrats de vente de sociétés multinationales multimilliardaires, en particulier Raytheon aux États-Unis et Thales en France. • Mener différentes études et argumentations juridiques basées sur le droit civil français et ses textes équivalent en droit civil libanais et présenter des plaidoiries devant des tribunaux privés et une médiation institutionnelle à la Chambre de Commerce de Paris (CCI). • Examiner des enquêtes criminelles impliquant la sécurité et la conduite éthique dans les établissements d'échange de monnaie de manière chronologique dans la région du MENA. • Il est juste de noter que les réglementations internationales sont examinées par les autorités libanaises et appliquées de manière adéquate par la Banque centrale du Liban conformément aux normes et à l'ensemble des règles régissant l'important secteur bancaire du Liban et le reste des structures méditerranéennes de Lex Mercatoria. • Suivre les dossiers d’une manière pertinentes liés aux dossiers de certificat d'acceptation du Québec au niveau fédéral et aux procédures administratives provinciales au niveau des bureaux d'Immigration Québec à Istanbul et à Damas. • Conseiller sur les projets de sentences arbitrales de médiation dans des projets de plusieurs milliards de dollars impliquant de grandes industries de défense. In consequence, my enterprise made an investment exceeding one million dollars direct revenue brought to the economy of the Province of Quebec, in Canada. As a lawyer, I Examined due diligence on Quebec Immigrant Investor files overseas, in Istanbul, Turkey and Jal El Did, Lebanon. Followed up on different Citizenship by Investment conferences at the renown international offices in the GCC and Canada. Provided brief opinion on the Reform of the Refugee Program to the team of the Honorable Jason Kenney to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada in 2010. Represented clients and sub-contractors in their construction conflict with the UN Peacekeepers in accordance with Security Council Resolution 1701. Led negotiations with the UNIFEL military chiefs at the Italian Embassy in Lebanon. Advised of legal strategies to lift UN sanctions. Led criminal law defense and succeeded in waiving Security Council sanctions of public and private entities.
